Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 ripe bananas
mashed
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
optional
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until fully blended.
If using nuts or chocolate chips, fold them in gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use super ripe bananas for the best flavor and texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
