Ingredients

  • - 1 box yellow cake mix
  • - 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until fully blended.
  • If using nuts or chocolate chips, fold them in gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

- Use super ripe bananas for the best flavor and texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
